Common Questions
When You're In a Bind
How fast can you get to me?
Same-day for most calls within Shasta County. We're typically 45 minutes from Redding, Anderson, or Palo Cedro.
Do you work weekends and after-hours?
For emergencies, yes. Regular service is Monday through Friday, but we dispatch for backups whenever they happen.
What does emergency service cost?
Add $150 to the base pump or repair rate. We quote the all-in number on the call so there's no surprise on the invoice.
Can you stop the backup right now?
In most cases yes. A full tank just needs pumping. A blocked line needs clearing. We do both on the call.
Should I keep using water until you get here?
No. Stop running water, flushing toilets, and using the washer and dishwasher. The less water that goes in, the less mess we have to deal with.
What if it's not actually a septic issue?
If we get on-site and the problem is plumbing inside the house (not the septic), we'll tell you straight and point you toward a plumber. We only charge for what we do.
