Common Questions

Before You Book a Pump

How often should I pump my septic tank?

Most residential tanks need pumping every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank capacity. We'll tell you what we found and when to call us next.

How much does septic pumping cost?

Standard residential pumps start at $450 for tanks up to about 1,500 gallons. Larger systems are priced per gallon. We'll quote on the phone if you know your size.

Do I need to dig up the tank lid first?

No. We'll locate and uncover it if needed. A rough idea of where the tank sits helps but isn't required.

Will pumping make a mess of my yard?

No. Our trucks have proper containment and we leave the worksite as clean as we found it. We re-cover any digging we had to do to find the lid.

Can you pump the same day if it's urgent?

Most of the time, yes. Same-day pumps add a $150 emergency callout to the base rate but get a crew on site within hours.

Do you serve outside of Redding?

Yes. We serve Shasta, Trinity, and Tehama counties including Anderson, Palo Cedro, Cottonwood, Shasta Lake, and Red Bluff.
