Before You Book a Repair
My septic is backing up. How fast can you come?
Most repair calls get on the schedule within 24 hours. True emergency backup situations we can usually handle same-day with the $150 emergency callout.
How do you know what's broken?
Usually a camera inspection or a visual check on the tank tells us what's wrong. We don't quote a repair we haven't verified.
Will my drain field need to be replaced?
Sometimes, sometimes not. Many drain field issues are roots or a clog we can clear. If it's truly failed we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement.
Do you handle the county permits?
Yes. Larger repairs and replacements that need Shasta County EHD permits are pulled by us. You don't have to chase paperwork.
Can I finance a big repair?
Yes. We partner with HFS Financial for septic financing. Loans up to $450,000, fixed rates from 7.8% APR, no home equity required.
Are repairs covered by any warranty?
Our workmanship is guaranteed. We come back if the repair didn't hold. Underground systems aren't ever a forever guarantee but we stand behind the work.
