Check The Tank
On a septic property this comes first. A full tank causes backups that no amount of cable work will fix.

Clear The Line
Cable or hydro jet depending on what's in there. Grease and roots want different tools.

Scope It
Camera down the cleared line. Roots, a belly, a crushed section, or just buildup all look different and matter differently.

Tell You Straight
If the line is failing we'll say so and quote the repair. If it was a one-off clog we'll say that too.

Is my slow drain a clog or my septic tank?
If one fixture is slow it's usually a clog. If everything in the house slowed down at once, look at the tank first. We check the tank before we start cabling so you don't pay for the wrong fix.
What is hydro jetting and do I need it?
High pressure water that scours the inside of the pipe instead of just punching a hole through the blockage. It's the right call for grease and heavy buildup, overkill for a single hair clog.
Will jetting damage an older line?
It can on a line that's already cracked or collapsing, which is exactly why we camera first on older systems rather than jetting blind.
The same drain clogs every few months. Why?
Repeat clogs in the same spot almost always mean something structural: roots, a low spot holding water, or a crushed section. Clearing it again treats the symptom. A camera finds the cause.
Do you do drain work outside Redding?
Yes. We run drain and sewer calls across Shasta County and into the surrounding counties, same as our septic work.
Can you install a cleanout?
Yes, and it's worth asking about if you've had more than one backup. A cleanout turns a future emergency into a quick access point instead of pulling a toilet.
